What do you think of when you hear the word energy?  I know I think of a flow of energy that goes through us and through others.  It can be good energy or not so good energy and we are all guilty of having both.  The trick is to have the good most of the time.  Have it flow through you and into others so we can increase the good vibration of this planet.
